"I can't think of a lovelier environment in which to pursue musical growth and excellence as a pianist. At Chautauqua beauty begets beauty; being surrounded by the visual beauty of the lake, trees, gardens and architecture inspires beauty of sound and singing of musical lines. The community of students, teachers and listeners generates musical and personal experiences that inevitably have a profound and life-changing impact on all future music-making and living."

Father Sean Duggan | 2008 Guest Artist
SUNY Fredonia

"I've never been so productive or learned so much in such a short period of time as I did this summer in the Chautauqua piano program."
